Trioangle’s Refund Policy

The products available in Trioangle site are fully-functional and available to try the Demo. The demo let you to evaluate our products before you make a purchase decision. Demo has all the functionality same as the original product.

Try all the features of the product you wish to buy in Demo to make sure that the script meets your needs before purchasing a license. None of our software/script requires registration to enable its primary functionality and all of our software is fully-functional during the trial period. We strongly recommend that all customers to test the Demo version of any product/script prior to making a purchase.

We have this policy to say that it is impossible for you to return your registered version of our software. Our support team are available to assist in installation and configuration via Email, Skype or Telephone.

Acceptance of Trioangle’s Refund Policy

It is the responsibility of the client to be familiar with the refund policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of our refund policy.

Policy Modifications.

We reserve that we have right to modify our Policy at any time with the Directors of Trioangle Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd approval. We will post our revised Policy at Proposed Policy before thirty (30) days of it’s effective.

Unless this Policy has already been mentioned by the submission of a complaint to a Provider, in which event the version of the Policy in effect at the time it was invoked will apply to you until the dispute is over, all such changes will be binding up to you.

In the event that you object to a change in this Policy, your sole remedy is to cancel your purchase with us, provided that you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees you paid to us.

Full Refund Policy For Gofer

Google forms for Web installation and app submission will be sent to the client with the detailed requirement to install the site and submit the applications to the respective stores.

We will submit the applications to the stores within 5 working days. This will be applicable only for base package without any customisation. The 5 days starts from the day the client provides the required details asked in the google forms without any fields missing.

The days do not add any of our non-working days i.e., Saturday & Sunday. This duration is only for the app submission to the Play Store or App Store by our Trioangle team. We will also share the application submission proofs with the client.

The time taken for testing & approval of the applications by the Play Store or App Store will not be considered for a refund
