Challenges the client faced
The client had significant challenges in creating a safe and durable trading environment. The lack of a strong security architecture led to vulnerabilities in securing user funds and sensitive transactional information, increasing the risk of cyberattacks and system risks.
At the same time, the absence of a viable escrow mechanism within the P2P ecosystem created uncertainty in trade settlements. This dramatically increased the danger of fraudulent activity and user complaints, making it harder to establish trust in the site.
