What Alex needed was a version shaped around specific operational requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some parts of the project took more time than originally expected. That was something Alex also recognized during the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What stood out was how the team handled those moments. Requirements changed. New discussions emerged.
